Abstract Background Congenital coronary fistulas (CAFs) are uncommon abnormalities communicating the coronary arteries with the cardiac chambers or portion of the systemic or pulmonary circulation. Over 90% of the cases drain into the right side of the heart with only 3% terminating in the left ventricle.
